It is common for expectant mothers to begin noticing a visible baby bump around the sixteenth week of pregnancy, although this can vary for subsequent pregnancies. The initial changes are often observed in the abdomen and chest area, but the experience is unique to each individual.
Maternity clothing is specifically designed to accommodate the evolving contours of the body during pregnancy. We recognize that it is not solely the growing bump that requires consideration; the overall changes in body shape must also be accounted for. Our commitment to comfort is reflected in our use of stretchy fabrics and the design of looser, feminine fits that gracefully drape the body.
It is important to note that during pregnancy, body size can fluctuate by approximately one clothing size throughout the day, particularly in the final trimester or during warm weather conditions. This is primarily due to fluid retention, which can be uncomfortable in the later stages of pregnancy. To address this, we have adopted a more generous sizing approach.
