Can all items be returned?
It depends on the item. While shopping, you will be able to see if an item is eligible for return or exchange on the product's page. If an item is eligible for return, please refer to our Terms & Conditions page to get more information.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you complete the checkout process on the website and the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with the order number as a confirmation.
The piece I received is damaged.
In this situation, please notify us within 7 days from receiving the order. Visit our “Returns” section where you will find a step-by-step process of getting the piece replaced or you may get in touch with us at care@thematernityproject.com with your order number, with a clear JPEG image of the damaged product attached. Our team will get back to you within 2 days.
The piece I received is incorrect.
Please get in touch with us within 7 days from receiving the order. You may visit our “Returns” section where you will find a step-by-step process of getting the piece replaced. You may also email us at care@thematernityproject.com so we may assist you with the return. When you email us, don't forget to add your order number so we may easily track it. Our team will get back to you within 2 days.
I did not receive the complete order.
Please email us on care@thematernityproject.com within 7 days with the order number and the item that was missing. Our team will asses and revert back within 2 days.
I want to cancel my order but it was confirmed
You may only cancel the order before the order is dispartched for delivery. We will not be accepting any cancellations once the delivery stage is processed.
Can I add another item to the same order once it has been confirmed?
Once an order is confirmed, we will process it as is. If you wish to add another item, you will have to place a new order for that item.
When will I receive my order?
We offer two options for the delivery of new orders, next day and same deliveries for different rates. Please refer to our Shippings page for more details on our shipping timeframe.
Can I return a product bought on sale?
Some items on sale such as clearance items may be not be returned. Please refer to our returns section in our Terms & Conditions for more details.
I still have not received my refund.
If you haven't received a refund yet , please contact your credit card company to ensure the refund is posted on their end. You may also contact your bank to inquire about the processing time. If you still fail to receive your refund, kindly contact us at care@thematernityproject.com and we will get back to you within 2 days.
How many days is your returns policy valid for?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Is there a way to reverse an order cancellation?
Once an order cancellation is requested, it cannot be reversed. If you still want to receive the items, you will need to create a new order for them.
